Life’s Transitions
Many people experience challenging times eventually. As a transition coach, in partnership, my client and I coach around providing them life skills and self-care tools as well as determining their essence and survival mechanisms, their life’s purpose and living their vision.
I was inspired by my coach when I felt stuck in life and as a result became inspired to become a coach and to be in service to others so that they may live their lives in excellence.
As a transition coach, I coach with people experiencing major transitions, such as changing careers, starting a family, and recovering from death or divorce, relocation, and other areas of life where change is experienced and fear abounds.
In partnership, I use curiosity and powerful questioning with my client, so that we work towards changing the client’s mindset to a more positive one. Along the way we overcome many of their blocks or limitations that often get in their own way. Their breakthrough aids the client in moving forward with the vision they have manifested and created.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is a specialized form of coaching focused on helping individuals develop their leadership skills and capabilities. It involves a one-on-one relationship between myself, the coach and a client. The primary goal of leadership coaching is to support the client in achieving their full potential as a leader by enhancing their self-awareness, identifying areas for growth, and implementing strategies for improvement.
In partnership, I coach leaders to create the life they want to manifest in excellence. In leadership coaching, the client will write their vision, then declare their intentions, including their committed actions which will yield results. This created life aligns with their vision, purpose in life and reflects their essence.
Leadership qualities are an integral part to every person, whether it’s for their own life, or to become an effective, powerful leader in the world.
As we coach through the client’s self development growth process, my clients are at choice to become legendary leaders through their powerful, inspirational transformational journey.

In partnership, you will set goals, assess strengths and weaknesses through assessment tools and reflective exercises, coaches help clients identify their strengths as leaders and areas where they can improve. We will develop self awareness, to help gain a deeper understanding of the client’s leadership style, values, beliefs and behaviors. Feedback and support will be offered, constructively and encouragement and support to help clients navigate challenges and obstacles. We will work towards greater communication, emotional intelligence, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking. I hold my clients accountable for their goals and commitments providing structure and accountability to the coaching process. Created action plans will be developed to implement the client’s learning and development goals into their daily leadership practices.
